We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to lead our team in Demand Planning and 3PL management across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Emerging Markets.
**Job Description**

**Key Responsibilities**
* Drive the demand planning function for finished products
* Chair and drive monthly S&OP meetings and weekly demand planning meetings
* Ensure healthy levels of inventory with high-level interaction with supply centers
* Manage 3PL for inbound and outbound of finished goods and value-added services
* Ensure high levels of CSL, forecast accuracy, and controlled levels of Aging and Excess stock
* Focus on continuous improvement of processes and procedures across the Supply Chain
* Lead ad-hoc Supply Chain projects
**Requirements**
* Experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager from a Consumer Goods/Retail environment with 3PL experience
* Proven leadership skills
* Strong analytical capability and analysis skills
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* SAP/JDA experience
* Ideally, systems implementation experience
* LEAN experience is preferred
