As a Consumer Marketing Manager, develop and implement marketing strategies to tackle complex health and well-being challenges. Leverage market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing plans and campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategy Development: Create comprehensive marketing strategies for 4 categories, aligning with country priorities and business objectives.
  • Portfolio, Pricing and Promotion Management: Lead the 4Ps, working with Sales, Trade Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, and Commercial Policy teams. This includes managing product portfolios, long-term sales forecasting, pricing, and price realization.
  • Marketing and Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing calendars, activities, and campaigns across multiple channels. Build brand equity through consistent marketing messaging and product positioning.
  • Budget Management: Manage local A&P budget and utilization, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and campaigns are delivered within budgets.
  • Cross-functional collaborations: Work closely with country sales and trade shopper marketing teams, ensuring alignment on marketing objectives, strategies, and activities.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in FMCG or Consumer Electronics industry.
  • Good interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commercially savvy with an entrepreneurial and consumer-centric mindset.
  • Self-motivated, proactive with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Self-starter and agile in pushing oneself to master other forms of marketing strategies.
