Monitoring & updating VO tracker for all sites in HQ & regional offices and ensuring the data is synchronized with data provided by QS.Monitoring progress of maintenance works done by Maintenance team.

Assisting Project Director & Senior PMO on any related matters.

Job Requirements:
A Bachelor Degree in Estate Management/Building Surveying or related field or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years work experience in related field.
Fluent in English.
Proficient in Project Management Software.
Car license is a must.
