Position Title:
Exhibition & Product Marketing Specialist


Our client is a Japanese MNC specializing in providing advanced medical devices and imaging solutions, particularly in the fields of ophthalmology and optometry.

They are currently looking for an
Exhibition & Product Marketing Specialist to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for setting up regional and local exhibitions.


Responsibilities:

Exhibition Coordination:

  • Yearly planning of regional and local exhibitions and keep updating master list for the attention of all internal stakeholders
  • Host planning and preparation meetings to agree on event details
  • Lead internal stakeholders for preparation and execution of respective exhibitions
  • Instruct external collaborators and contractors for booth, printing, novelty, snacks, and other supplies
  • Handle various planning and booking of necessary facilities for both internal stakeholders and partners
  • Attend KOLs and speakers during the events
  • Assign respective roles to internal stakeholders and develop postevent review reports within 2 weeks from the event date (reports must include ROI)

Company hosted events; Webinar, Workshops and other marketing activities:

  • Yearly target setting of quantity and type of company hosted events
  • Lead internal stakeholders for preparation and execution of respective events
  • Instruct external collaborators
  • Handle various planning and booking of necessary facilities for both internal stakeholders and partners
  • Attend KOLs and speakers during the events
  • Assign respective roles to internal stakeholders and develop postevent review reports within 2 weeks from the event date (reports must include ROI)
  • Chair webinar, company hosted workshops when needed

Regional website coordination:

  • Work with respective internal stakeholders to post update onto regional website and SNS
  • Pull together all company's eye care website and SNS from the region including distributors'
  • Align the website design and concept to the brand where possible and appropriate
  • Liaise with distributors and coordinate Search Engine Optimization for all websites by engaging external supplier
  • Monitor marketing ROI from digital marketing activities including website, SNS and direct mail

Team work:

  • To strictly comply with predetermined KPIs and periodically and voluntarily report the status on weekly basis
  • To strictly follow company's job dispatching/assignment system to prevent errors and delay from happening

Continuous improvement:

  • To actively propose improved way of doing things to make it more efficient and accurate
  • To improve customers' satisfaction level

Build robust and sustainable operation:

  • To develop and keep updating detailed SOPs and make sure adherence to them

Skill Development:

  • To adhere to continuous trainings and selfstudy plan, and make sure the progress of the execution

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in market research for minimum 3 years
  • Positive and Cooperative attitude
  • Driven and Go-Getter mentality
  • Have grit and gut to get things done

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
Up to RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus
