Responsibilities:

1) EHSQ

  • Responsible for all production floor and peripheral Environmental, Health, and safety (EHS) practice by ensuring all team members adhere to the Company protocols and policies.
  • Participates in EHS program development and implementation. Responsible for ensuring safe operating procedures and proper housekeeping within the operational areas.

2) Maintenance

  • Plan Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly equipment walkaround for Maintenance Technicians for checking mechanical, and electrical operations, safety apparatus (ladders), and working permit issuance.
  • Responsible for daily WWTP operation.
  • Responsible for ensuring all equipment integrity and ensuring all the equipment is always maintained in operating condition.
  • The scope of maintenance covers production, labs, warehouse, and facility.
  • Plan and perform preventive maintenance for all the equipment in the Plant.
  • Ensure all the utility equipment such as chiller, compressor, and air conditioning are maintained well.
  • On call & standby for minor & major equipment failures (e.g., filling line down or conveyor problems).
  • Work on equipment improvement such as upgrading the safety of equipment, cost down parts, and efficiency improvement.
  • New equipment installations, equipment modifications, and relocations.
  • Investigation of alternative parts replacement and local fabrication of the parts.
  • Order parts, and ensure critical parts inventory is maintained all time.
  • Input data and update it into in Maintenance database for the PM, repairs, parts inventory, job orders, and investigation report.
  • Daily maintenance log and monthly reports to Site & Operations Manager.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Site & Operations Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Holds minimum Degree from any field, preferably in mechanical or electrical Engineering.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both oral and written English are required.
  • Strong organizational skills and eye for detail and safety.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and managerial skills and ability to ensure best practices and procedures are followed.
  • Able to do root cause investigation for the equipment breakdown.
  • Hard working and a team player.
  • A strong desire to be a functional working member of the team out on the production floor.
