❖ Advise employer on measures to be taken interest of EHS/OSH & Security at the Berjaya Times Square KL Building's Complex/Shopping-Mall & Project Site. ❖ As a Head of Department of EHS/Safety & Security ❖ To develop the EHS/Safety, Health & Security Policy & Regulations & to be implemented at Project Site & Building Complex (OSHA) ❖ Responsible for EHS/Safety & Security Training to all Staffs/Managements/Contractors /Visitorssuch as Fire Drill, Evacuation Drill, ERP/ERT and all related to EHS Management ❖ Organize and implement EHS/OSH & Security Programs at workplace. ❖ Responsible for Inspection of Building Complex & Project Site to minimize any dangerous exposure and harmful hazards. ❖ Prepare monthly EHS/Safety, Health & Security Report and documentation to management. ❖ Act as Secretary of EHS/Safety, Health & Security Committee meeting. ❖ Collect, Analyze and maintain EHS/OSH & Security records. ❖ Check and ensure the Building's Fire Protection & Emergency System is in good condition and functioning well in case of emergency situation. ❖ Check and verifying all machinery & equipment are safe before being allowed to use at site. ❖ Investigation for any incident / accident / near misses happened at site & Building Complex. ❖ Liaise with Government Local Authority i.e Police, Dosh, Fire & Rescue Department (Bomba) ❖ Standard Operating Procedure (SOP -EHS/Safety & Security) ❖ To ensure the provision of Safety, Security, Health & Environment's Safe System of Work at workplace such as HIRARC & SWP/SOP. ❖ Execute any other duty as per OSHA ACT 1994 & FMA 1967 And other related laws in Malaysia
