Job Summary

ADI Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and engineering support for our production facilities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the Maintenance Manager in overseeing the maintenance and engineering support for production, equipment, and utility facilities.
  • Minimize production downtime caused by equipment problems and ensure continuous running of equipment and machinery.
  • Ensure that the entire factory's equipment safety and health standards are achieved.
  • Attend to any breakdown of equipment as required.
  • Lead the maintenance team in the absence of the Maintenance Manager.
  • Liase with relevant authorities on facility approvals and changes.
  • Responsible for reviewing and supporting the implementation of the Food Safety system.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 5 years of working experience in maintenance and engineering.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge in the maintenance of equipment and utilization of factory.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Fit and healthy.
