Key Account Executive
We are looking to hire an experienced key account executive to maintain solid relationships with the company's key clients.

The key account executive's responsibilities include growing the company's sales by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business and promotions opportunities for key clients, and attending all meetings.

You should also be able to develop relationships with potential clients.


To be successful as a key account executive, you should be able to analyse data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies.

Ultimately, an exceptional key account executive should be able to manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided.


Key roles & Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate with applicable account representatives, to build and maintain favorable and effective relationships with customers
  • Provide support for all activities necessary to managing the customer relationship effectively including trade funds, invoicing and claims queries, relevant sales promotions, merchandising, shelf management and national sales programs etc.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers
  • Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients' needs are met
  • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders
  • Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's longterm goals.

Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management.
  • The ability to build rapport with key clients.
  • The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Experience:

  • FMCG industry in food and personal care categories

Summary

Salary:
RM1, RM4,658.85 per month

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales: 2 years (required)
