Manager, Project & eConnect Support - Policy Processing

2. eConnect Support

  • To lead and manage the team for registration and signup of customer for eConnect (Customer Portal)
  • Oversee and in charge for the enhancement and deployment related to eConnect
  • Planning and manage the activities for signup and on boarding for customer to eConnect.
  • Involves in planning and testing relates to eConnect.
  • Test Lead/ UAT Test Management
  • Lead and guide the UAT tester(s) for UAT Testing.
  • Monitor and track testing progress and ensure defects and reported timely for fixes.
  • Preparation of test plan, test cases, and test scenarios.
  • Walkthrough the test plan, test cases, and test scenarios with process owners to ensure the current processes are captured for testing correctly.
  • Perform UAT testing as and when needs arises.
  • Preparation of relevant documentations for UAT signoff.
  • Arrangement for postproduction deployment monitoring.
  • Relationship Management
  • Act as a key liaison person with IT, System Support team, project team, respective process owners, and other departments' stakeholders.
  • To attend to the relevant meetings as and when required.
  • Internal Process Management
  • Coordination with SMEs, key process owners for alignment of processes.
  • Ensure documentation of the "To Be" processes are being updated in respective processes.
  • Relevant communications for the changes to be communicated at timely manner.
  • Assist in draw up process flows as and when required.
  • Corporate Governance Management
  • To keep up to date on the legislative, regulatory and Code of Conduct requirements including (not limited to), Financial Services Act, Industry Codes of Practices, Complaint Handling and Dispute Resolutions.
  • Ensure initiatives and/or projects scopes, and the business requirement are complying with company policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance to Regulatory guidelines for the any roll out of initiatives and/or projects.

The Requirement:

  • Minimum 10 years of working experience with 35 years' experience in managerial level.
  • Working experience in insurance related fields would be added advantage.
  • Independent & strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Ability to produce high quality work under pressure
  • Ability to translate business issues/challenges into effective/creative program solutions
