Supervise, monitor, coordinate and control all daily construction works to ensure all works executed are in accordance with drawings, specifications, construction plans, and procedures.


  • Provide assistance to any site problems and propose solution that may arise from time to time.
  • Conduct periodic checks on works and liaise frequently with contractors, subcontractors and consultants works achieve high standard of quality and workmanship.
  • Record and monitor all matters pertaining to construction activities and progress of work.
  • Ensure delivery of materials are as specified and on time.
  • Issue memo to contractors for noncompliance with the required Quality Standard, Construction drawings, and Specifications.
  • Prepare and update daily reports, verify progress reports, and attending to all site meetings.
  • Examine work complies with legal requirements and health & safelty legislation, update shortfall observed to the attention on the Project Manager.
  • Other duties to be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum certificate / Diploma in Engineering in Civil & Structural or Architecture
  • Have experience in landed housing development
  • Familiar with Architecture or C&S works
  • Minimum of 4 years in site supervision with property developer or contractor
  • Willing to work in Kuching site

Job Types:
Contract, Temporary

Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
