Office clerks are responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting and support of business operations within a department.
They assist all the administrative staff, secretaries, and assistants by sorting mail, filing forms and documents. Manage outgoing payments to local and foreign vendors. Handle company accounts administration work. Assist department in ensuring that all records are accurate and up to date at all times. Generate regular reports for review by management. -Good computer literacy -Good in written and spoken English -Hardworking, meticulous, results oriented, willing to learn -Fresh graduates are encouraged to applyOur new division in Interior design and fit outs require qualified Architect / Interior Architect who is proficient in Autocad and 3D Rendering Softwares.
