Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.

As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daytoday operations of the office, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
  • Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks, such as tracking expenses and processing invoices
  • Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave
  • Maintain confidential employee files and records
  • Assist with calendar management for executives and other team members
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Provide support to various departments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of medical office management procedures is a plus
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes is an asset
  • Experience with phone systems and front desk operations is desirable
