Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and overseeing all office activities and operations
  • Ensuring adherence to relevant company procedures and policies
  • Supervising and dividing responsibilities among the administrative staff
  • Making travel arrangements for the senior managers
  • Handling phone calls and all related correspondence
  • Providing assistance with budgeting and bookkeeping activities
  • Keeping databases updated and secure
  • Filing important documents and invoices
  • Ordering and stocking office supplies and equipment
  • Welcoming and directing visitors
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time Requirements:
  • Min Diploma
  • Minimum 23 years related working experience.
  • Performancedriven and resultoriented.
  • Excellent communication skills especially in English.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude, and a good team player.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and abilities.
