We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Front Desk Administrator.

The Front Desk Administrator will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting and directing visitors, answering phone calls, and performing general administrative tasks.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct residents/visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
  • Manage the reception area and ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in management of condominiums is ideal.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanour at all times.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • The ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
