- Communicate with suppliers regarding payment status.
- Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, invoices
- Data Keyin by using software.
- Monitor and record both office and client bank account activities
- Prepare and monitor invoices, Delivery Order & Quotation.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Ability to speak in English (Verbal & Written) would be advantageous.
- Can start work immediately.
Salary:
From RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
Education:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
Experience:
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin (preferred)
