Human Resources Executive

Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
- 23 years working experience in related field
- Familiar with Employment Act 1955 / Industrial Relation Act 196
- Able to work independently and ability to plan assigned duties diligently
- Excellent problem solving skills, leadership skills, strong planning and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Handling the full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll. recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and other HR related support services.
- Responsible for the payroll process in ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance to local regulations.
- Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filling and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
- Responsible for office administrative tasks.
- Responsible for full scope of general administration functions of the company, includes agreement, permits, licenses, insurances, maintenance etc.
- Coordinate on factory/hostel management.
- Prepare employees for their role in the organization by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
