Hiring Position :
Trust Administrator (Operations)

Job Description:

  • Perform general day to day administrative duties, such as filing, copying, binding, scanning and preparing documents.
  • Organize and store documents as needed.
  • Effectively managing workflows to produce outputs in accordance with the timelines required by the company.
  • Support staff members with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Identify operational performance issues and suggest improvements to Seniors.
  • To execute adhoc duties when required.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma/Degree qualification in the relevant field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office & Excel.

Benefits:

Probation (6 Months):

  • EPF & SOCSO.
  • Paid Annual Leave 14 days.
  • Paid Medical Leave 14 days.

Upon Confirmation:

  • EPF & SOCSO.
  • Dental Care of RM250.00 per annum, on reimbursement basis.
  • Eye Care of RM250.00 per annum, on reimbursement basis.
  • Staff is eligible for medical protection and a Medical Card will be provided.
