Administration:

  • Supporting the sales department with administrative tasks such as Customer Enquiry Form, Quotation Requisition Form, Quotation, Booking Confirmation, Lease/Rental Agreement, Vehicle Requisition Form, Request For Payment, General Letter and others documents.
  • Monitoring and updating Master Monthly Sales report, Master Reference Number Report and other reports.
  • Submitting reports in timely manner.
  • Ensuring customer's billing in order.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

Sales:

  • Keeping track on Sales Target.
  • Processing new sales leads.
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.

Collection:

  • Assisting Sales Department to control, monitor and follow up customer's payment within targeted timeline.

Pay:
RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
