We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us to continue to build up our business activities.

Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.


If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to promote our product, we'd like to meet you.

Ultimately, you'll help customers finding their dream home and at the same time to contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Sales Manager with regard to sales requirements and to followup with the Lead Generation (tool system) for confirm sales
  • Attend customers enquiries and advise customers in order to discover their desire property; then find properties that meet the customer needs
  • Consistently develop new customer and market opportunities
  • To carry continuous market survey and market comparisons to provide latest updated information to business and customers
  • To collaborate with team members on all sales strategies & plans to achieve the desirable results
  • To generate leads, sales booking processors & loan documentations.
  • To generate regular customers database.
  • Performs other jobrelated duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates and with working experiences in fast pace related industries are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience in Sales relevant role
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
  • Able to work independently and blends well in a team
