Responsibilities:

  • Ticketing and Ticket aftersales services
  • Flight ticket issuance, ticket exchanges and refund, Advise and assist to amend discrepancies names, dates or any other componenets for the bookings
  • Check the systems queue on GDS on daily basis in order to monitors messages coming from airlines suchs as schedule change or flight cancelled initiated by airlines.
  • Checking the Customer servicesrelated systems, response customer incoming inquiries and resolved the issues.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Global Distribution System (GDS),e

g :
Preferable Travelport Galileo, but Amadeus & Sabre are acceptable

  • At least 1year customer service experience in a ticketing linerelated industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English and Cantonese is a MUST as this role requires liaising with the Hong Kong team.
