Responsibilities:


Based in Melaka - this role is responsible for overall Branch Operations Services transactions in line with Comany and Branch Operation policies and procedures.


Key responsibilities:

  • To handle submissions at the counter, which consist of Unit Trust, Private Retirement Scheme, Trust Nomination, Insurance, Islamic Estate Planning, etc.
  • To attend to custoers and consultants' enquiries, requests and complaints on timely basis and escaltion for further action or investigation (if any).
  • Attend to walkin customer and maintain targeted Service Level at Front Counter.
  • Any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned be the management from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a Degree in Mass Communication/Business Studies/Banking or related discipline
  • Minimum 12 years experience in customer service area. Experience in Front Counter environment and in unit trust/insurance/banking industries would be an added advantage
  • To take up FIMM and PRS licenses
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu. Ability to converse in other languages/dialects will be an add advantage
  • Possess customer service mindsets and skills
  • Good interpresonal and communication skills
  • Responsible, selfdiscipline and able to maintain optimal quality/accuracy in work at all times
