Ensure reservation department and Front office staff are constantly aware of availability states open ,

  • Fully knowledgeable about hotel guest rooms,rates,promotions,amenities,program,hotel facilities and services
  • Answers guest inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guest, dining, entertainment and travel directions
  • Manage system that are set up within the reservation department to ensure accurate handling and monitoring of phone cells
  • Attend all scheduled meetings as required with HOD or Sales team
  • Track all reservation pickup up from all Online channel like hotel websites, OTA
  • Responsible for maintaining rate parity across all booking channel (website,OTA, GDS, Travel agent ETC)
  • Verify all reservation taken on the reservation forms are updated on the PMS without fail
  • Ensure all statistical report are sought and maintaned
  • Keep record of room availability, rates, amendments, daily reservation pickup, room on books, cancellation, no show. etc.

Salary:
RM2, RM2,300.00 per month
