Create accurate invoices for transportation and logistics services provided by the company.

Data Entry and Documentation: Enter billing information into the system and organize documents like bills of lading and delivery receipts.

Rate Checking and Calculation: Verify service rates and calculate charges based on factors like distance and weight.

Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing issues courteously and promptly.

Billing Reconciliation: Ensure billing records match shipping documents and reconcile accounts receivable.

Credit and Collections: Monitor outstanding invoices, follow up on late payments, and assist with collections.

Reporting: Help prepare billing reports and summaries for management review.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
