  • Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues with customers or internal departments in a timely manner.
  • Maintain records of invoices, payments, and customer accounts in the billing system.
  • Prepare and distribute billing statements to customers on a regular basis.
  • Assist with monthend closing activities and financial reporting related to billing and accounts receivable.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a billing clerk or similar role in the transportation and logistics industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of transportation and logistics terminology and processes is preferred.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
