Generate and process invoices accurately and efficiently for services provided by the transportation and logistics company.
- Verify and reconcile billing data to ensure accuracy of invoices.
- Coordinate with various departments such as operations, customer service, and accounting to obtain necessary information for billing.
- Review transportation and logistics documents such as bills of lading, shipping manifests, and delivery receipts to compile billing information.
- Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues with customers or internal departments in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of invoices, payments, and customer accounts in the billing system.
- Prepare and distribute billing statements to customers on a regular basis.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting related to billing and accounts receivable.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a billing clerk or similar role in the transportation and logistics industry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of transportation and logistics terminology and processes is preferred.

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
