Issue invoices and bills daily using the billing software
- Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill (items, prices, quantity of goods, exemption).
- Update or added new/existing customer information to billing system such as change in address, phone number and etc.
- Create all the purchase orders from customers.
- Scan all the PO to server including PO from salesperson.
- Filling all the previous invoices and delivery order and pass to account.
- Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts.
- Send reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned.
- Update account of receive payments through various methods (cash, online payments etc.) and check for credibility.
- Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills, goods return and etc.
- Prepare monthly quotation for customers.
- Reply all the customers new products inquiries.
- Record all the products item that taken by the customers.
- Answered client calls from main multi-line telephone system.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
