SEO will primarily serve
the online sports gaming project, but
the team will also get involved in other areas
of marketing in the near future for expansion.
We are looking for a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team in Malaysia.


Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be expected to implement results-focused SEO strategies on behalf of our client's customer that is dealing with online sports gaming in Asia (exclusion of Malaysia).


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

  • To develop a set of strategies to grow our client's market through use of content and SEO techniques that is able to increase traffic eyeballs.
  • To be able to implement, evaluate and report offsite SEO (Specific to Baidu and Google)
  • To be able to implement, evaluate and report onsite SEO
  • To manage a team that is specific to the above requirements

SKILLS & COMPETENCE REQUIRED

  • Sports inclined. Understanding the nature of sports is a must.
  • Baidu knowledge and strong Chinese market understanding is a must
  • Strong knowledge in SEO tools
  • Strong analytical skills for understanding ranking algorithms
  • An understanding of, or experience of, HTML coding, and preferably Javascript and PHP

Salary:
RM6, RM13,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mont Kiara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • SEO: 4 years (preferred)
  • Digital marketing: 4 years (preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (preferred)
