Marketing & Administrative Assistant

In this role, you will work closely with our marketing and operations team to support the daily administrative task, as well as the implementation of marketing campaigns, develop marketing materials, and assist with other marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
- To attend incoming phone calls and office mails
- To handle and maintain overall office administration such as filling and documentation such as Quotation, Purchase Order and Invoice.
- Create engaging and compelling marketing materials, including brochures and presentations.
- Help manage and maintain social media accounts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with event planning and execution, including coordinating logistics and managing registrations.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing and operations team as needed
- To undertake any adhoc task/ duties/ responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing or relevant (individuals who do not possess relevant qualifications will be assessed based on their job experiences).
- Good command in multilingual (English/ Bahasa Malaysia/ Mandarin).
- Computer literate with high proficiency in MS Words/ MS Excel/ MS Powerpoint/ Outlook.
- Good interpersonal skills and customer service oriented.
- Able to meet deadlines and performing well under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Able to multitask, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency.
- Detailed oriented and strong organize skills.
- Possess own transport and willing to work in Prai, Penang.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
RM2, RM2,600.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Perai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
Experience:
- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
