  • Effective staff management includes communication with direct reports, skillbased task delegation, mentoring for development, and promoting harmonious workplace interactions within the department.
  • Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting / ACCA qualification
  • At least 7 years of work experience as a Finance / Accounting Manager
  • Highly proficient in SAP System
  • Strong knowledge in accounting and tax and experience in financial statement and tax filing
  • Ability to provide financial advice to business units
  • Ability to manage people and lead team
  • Ability to interpret financial data and develop good business analysis to support decision making
  • Possess high level of communication and analytical skill
  • An organized and detailed minded person with good sense of responsibility
  • Excellent team player with an eye for details and positive attitude
