As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for driving transformation to best practices for Processes, Procedures, and Policies for Statutory accounting and compliance activities across our Legal Entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and deliver high-quality, timely, and value-added outputs to ensure Intel complies with all Accounting statutory requirements, laws, and accounting standards.
  2. Act as a Technical advisor to stakeholders and directors to manage various compliance matters, leveraging subject matter expertise and high technical knowledge competencies.
  3. Support transformation journey and continuous improvement projects, driving Innovation and best practice for Intel in Local Compliance Governance and Operations.
  4. Support Legal entity rationalization, elimination, and restructuring exercises, ensuring alignment with US GAAP and local compliance implications.
  5. Lead customer relationships, ensuring engagement, value-added insights, and support to key stakeholders and partners across Intel Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Trade, MnA, HR, Procurement, Corporate Services, and other Intel Partners.
  6. Support SAP S4 system design and implementation solutions, including local statutory process standardization and optimization.
  7. Perform other operational duties for a smooth running of the local statutory organization and other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree or Professional Degree in Accountancy.
  2. Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA or equivalent).
  3. Min 8 years of experience or more working in a global organization. External auditor experience or knowledge/experience with SAP S4 is preferred.
  4. Strong technical accounting knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and Local GAAP, as well as understanding of local laws and regulations.
  5. Demonstrate strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and across various functional teams.
  6. Results-driven and organizational savvy, with excellent critical thinking skills and ability to challenge the status quo.
  7. Strong capability in financial systems, including SAP, Local GAAP, and Reporting systems.

Work Environment:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model, allowing employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances, the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
