Account & Admin Executive

Possess good knowledge of maintaining a full set of accounts.
- Prepare monthly closing of accounts and reports in a timely submission to Management.
- Preparing/checking monthly / SST reporting and filing.
- To record all accounting documents and ensure transactions are accurately posted into ledgers
- Maintain an efficient filing system for audit and statutory requirements.
- To constantly monitor and manage cash flow
- To continuously improve on the financial analysis according to be business for better decision making.
- To perform stock count twice per month
- Where necessary, to attend and deal with external parties such as auditors, bankers, company secretary, values, insurance brokers, tax agents, treasury and other related government departments
- To assist in office admin matters.
- To handle all accounts related matters
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Required Skill(s): Account, Finance, General Accountancy, Auditing, MS Office, MS Excel
- Excellent organizational skills.
- A team player who is self-motivated.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
