We are looking for a responsible Admin and Accounts Assistant to organize our company’s day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities. Will also be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate records. The Administrator should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and assist in the day-to-day general administration and operational matters
- Perform administrative and clerical duties such as sorting documents, filing, data entry, binding, scanning, and handling courier services, etc
- Attend to all incoming and outgoing calls appropriately and courteously
- Book-keeping and data entry in Accounting Software.
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any invoice issues
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Ensure all accounting documents and records are properly filed and well-maintained.
- Process payments as well as documents like invoices.
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the company

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Self-motivated, pro-active, positive can-do attitude, independent, organized, and a good team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Basic Accounting knowledge would be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of accounting software (XERO) is an added advantage

**Salary**: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
