Job Title: Customer Service Admin
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Admin to join our team in Penang, Malaysia. The Customer Service Admin will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling inquiries and complaints, managing customer accounts, communicating with our Chinese suppliers, and performing administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Manage customer accounts, including creating new accounts, updating customer information, and processing orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, production, and logistics, to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.
- Communicate with our Chinese suppliers, including handling inquiries, negotiating pricing and delivery terms, and resolving issues.
- Provide customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
- Follow up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with our products and services.
- Continuously monitor and identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when dealing with customers and suppliers.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, such as meetings and training.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, and ensure that they are maintained and replenished as needed.
- Support other departments as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Preferably has experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese suppliers and customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and suppliers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
