Monitor credit control in collaboration with Leasing, Marketing and Finance Department

  • Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies
  • Follow up on overdue invoices and payments, liaise with client on account matter and implement company collections procedures
  • Send reminder letters for payments and contact customers on payment
  • Update accounting records with new payments and contact customers on payment
  • Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills
  • Preparing aging report to Finance Manager
  • Report on activity to Finance Manager
  • Perform other adhoc tasks as assigned by superior

Job Requirement
years of working experience in the related field

  • Proven experience as billing clerk or general accounting experience
  • Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines
  • Must be able to work
    independently
  • Proficient in MS Office (Especially Excel), excellent math ability, good organizational skills and excellent communication skills

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounts Assistant (preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (preferred)
  • Bahasa (preferred)
  • English (preferred)

RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
