1. Handle all aspects of daily accounting and finance operation and tax related matters.

  • Assist in raising payment vouchers and performing data entries of basic accounting entries.
  • Handle invoices, payments vouchers and billings.
  • Maintain proper administration filing and keep sufficient accounting records.
  • Handle administration matters, including office purchases, upkeep and maintenance of office equipment and fixed assets.
  • Assist in flights and hotel reservation.
  • Assist payroll related matters, annual renewal for licenses and submission for EPF, Socso, EIS, PCB, SST and etc.
  • Assist in performing other tasks and duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Possesses 3 to 5 relevant working experience.
  • Basic technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Good MS Office knowledge.
  • Good command of written & spoken English.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under tight timelines.
  • Work with flexibility in a fast-moving environment and have own transport.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
Up to RM6,000.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday
