Assisting in General Finance & Account tasks and supporting day-to-day operation functions.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
- Process bills for payment, ensuring payments, amount and records are correct.
- Recording and filing cash transactions.
- Invoice processing and filing. Check invoices for inaccuracies
- Preparing statutory accounts.
- Processing expenses request for the superior to approve.
- Controlling credit and chasing debt.
- Reconcile accounts with the general ledger
- Maintain records of business costs, such as labor and material
- Update and maintain accounts database
- Track and resolve accounting problems and discrepancies as needed
- Assist in yearly audit
- Involve in overall aspects of accounting functions and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

**Job Requirement**:

- A diploma / degree in accounting / business / finance or equivalent to related field
- Experience in basic bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation. Knowledge of handling full set of accounts is added advantage.
- Knowledge of computer skills
- Good with confidentiality, time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Meticulous and maintains a high level of integrity

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
