**Responsibilities**:

- Manage payroll, address HR issues, statutory requirements
- Clerical and administrative duties
- Update and maintain reports, database, and filling
- Bookkeeping
- Other ad-hoc duties
- Update monthly inventory list and stock count
- Handle daily accounting operations for the Hotel
- Handle payments, petty cash, banking transactions, banking statements, accounts summaries, monthly report, and accounting reports
- Ensure all accounting documents are filed and updated accordingly

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required in this position, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SQL will be an advantage.
- Proactive, resourceful and able to perform multi-tasking with minimum supervision able to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, follow-up skills & problem-solving abilities.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Availability immediately is preferable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
