**JOB PURPOSE/ SUMMARY**:
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist in preparing full sets of accounts.
- Assist Finance Manager in general supervision of accounts department including supervising, guiding and training the juniors.
- Prepare monthly management and statutory accounts; full set of accounts on time.
- Analyze financial transactions and reports; provide input or suggestion for improvement.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Receivables matters i.e. on time payment and collection.
- Handle bank matters, transactions and queries.
- Lead and solve problem or issue arises.
- Work closely with external parties, such as auditors and tax agent.
- Any other jobs as assigned by Finance Manager
- To handle other ad-hoc tasks and duties as when assigned by superior.
**COMMUNICATION SKILLS**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting
- Good in problem solving skill, proactive and a great team player
**SALARY RANGE**:
- RM2,200-2,500
