Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies in alignment with company goals and legal requirements

  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees
  • Administer employee benefits programs and handle employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and leave management
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, and maintain accurate employee records and documentation
  • Conduct performance management activities, including performance evaluations and employee development plans
  • Coordinate and conduct employee training and development initiatives
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
  • Maintain and update the employee handbook, policies, and procedures manual
  • Manage office administrative tasks, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
  • Greet and assist visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and organizing documents
  • Coordinate and arrange company events, meetings, and conferences
  • Maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and assisting in the onboarding process
  • Maintaining office supplies, scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and implementing office policies and procedures.
  • Handling event and exhibition coordination, including planning, organizing, and overseeing office events, games, and exhibitions.
  • Dealing with vendor and supplier management, including liaising with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Handling printing and document management, including coordinating printing and reproduction of documents and maintaining filing systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Handle other ad hoc HR and administrative tasks as assigned

; Requirements:

  • Experience in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Indepth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
  • Experience in managing endtoend recruitment processes
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
