RADIOGRAPHER Job Scope

Responsibilities:

Evaluating patients' medical histories to ensure the various medical imaging procedures will not harm them.
Suggesting alternative medical imaging techniques, when necessary.
Informing patients about the medical imaging process
To produce radiograph of optimal diagnostic quality
To minimize wastage of xray films, CD, envelopes and all relevant resources.
To organize work systematically so as to maximize use of the rooms and staff
Reduce patient waiting time
To maintain a good team work and conducive working environment.
To ensure equipment's are functioning properly.
To operate the equipment's in a manner that is suitable to its operating procedures.
To report any malfunction or breakdown of equipment as soon as possible to the Manager.
Prepare patient for Xray accordingly to doctor's order.
Produce Xray films of parts of the human body for use in diagnosing medical problem.
Responsible for the safety of the patients, for observing and documenting any reactions to treatment
Updating charts and answering any clinical related questions a patient might have.
Assisting patient on registration and update waiting time/ which consultation room, preparing and dispensing medications
Assist in / clinical procedures / operate medical equipment with care & professionalism
To perform any other adhoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Keep the clinic area clean and tidy

SONOGRAPHER Job Scope

Responsibilities:

Setting up and maintaining ultrasound equipment
Performing ultrasound examinations on patients
Producing images resulting from the ultrasound examinations
Interpreting ultrasound images to aid patient diagnosis
Carrying out training on ultrasound equipment for other staff
Addressing patients' concerns before, during and after ultrasound examinations
Keeping up to date records of scans performed and images produced
Referring patients to other healthcare professionals and facilities, when necessary
Soothing and reassuring nervous or anxious patient
Helps in Clinic assistant job scope when needed

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay:
RM2, RM4,300.00 per month
