Responsibilities:

  • Design effective training programs
  • Prepare training materials
  • Conduct training and refreshers
  • Support and mentor new employees
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
  • Monitor, analyse & train trainees' performance and call out any unusual trends
  • Identify training needs by working with operations team and QA

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline
  • 3 years customer service experience with minimum 2 years training experience
  • Minimum bilingual proficiency, trilingual and above is preferred.
  • Language proficiency in English is mandatory
  • Proven experience as corporate trainer
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
  • Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate training
  • Proficient in MS Office (Advance skills in Excel and Powerpoint); elearning software will be an asset
  • Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
  • Organizational and time management abilities
  • Critical thinking, analytical and decision making abilities

Pay:
RM9, RM12,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
