Overhauling, repairing, and maintaining engines and components such as cylinder heads, crankshafts, connecting rods, intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, fuel injection systems, and turbochargersInspecting and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems such as steering, braking, and cooling systemsOverhauling and repairing thruster, propulsion system and rudderPerforming preventive maintenance tasks such as replacing fluids and filters, cleaning fuel injectors, and changing oilRepairing mechanical problems related to boat motors or outboard motors, including carburetors, starters, clutches, and drive shaftsOverhauling and repairing pumps, compressors, and another acOverhauling and repairing marine reduction gearboxAssist engineers in servicing, rebuilding all engine machinery such as overhauling main engine, AUX Engine and related machinery such as Lube Oil Pump, SW cooler, Purifier and etc.

Check the condition of all engine tools and send for calibrationAble to check/inspect main bearing, crosshead bearing and crankpin bearing.

Able to operate overhead crane and turning gear.

Familiar with two and four diesel enginesFamiliar with reduction gearbox, and propulsion systemAble/familiar with using engine tools such as high-pressure hydraulic pump and tools.
