Responsibility_

  • Work to achieve store monthly target
  • Perform and maintain stock replenishment to ensure a fully stocked store
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Able to ascertain customers' wants and needs
  • Keep up to date with product information
  • Accurately describe product features and benefits
  • Manage pointofsale processes
  • Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments (
    SHOPEE)
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Train new employees on sales and visual standards

Requirements_

  • Experienced as supervisor or senior role at least for 1 years
  • Customer service oriented and able to attract potential customers
  • Able to work in retail hours (Shift, weekends and public holidays)
