Responsibilities:

Pre-production:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives, target audience, and messaging.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize video ideas and develop storyboards.
  • Scout locations, arrange props, and coordinate any necessary logistics for shoots.
  • Prepare and organize equipment for filming, ensuring everything is in working order.

Production:

  • Execute video shoots according to the established storyboard and creative vision.
  • Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices to capture highquality footage.
  • Direct talent and provide guidance to ensure desired performances.
  • Adapt to changing circumstances or conditions during shoots to achieve optimal results.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor on set and ensure a positive and collaborative atmosphere.

Post-production:

  • Transfer and organize footage onto editing software.
  • Edit video footage to create engaging and cohesive stories, incorporating graphics, sound effects, and music where necessary.
  • Color correct and enhance video quality to ensure a polished final product.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Cinematography, Media Studies, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Videographer and Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar programs.
  • Indepth knowledge of camera equipment, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
  • Strong creative vision and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
RM3, RM5,500.00 per month
