Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient operation and functionality of various machinery and equipment.

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose faults in machines and equipment.
  • Repair and maintain machinery, including mechanical, electrical, and welding repairs.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating machinery and replacing worn-out parts.
  • Conduct tests and calibrations to ensure proper functioning of machines and equipment.
  • Follow technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints to understand equipment specifications and repair procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment condition.
  • Comply with safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Requirements:

  • SPM or equivalent. Additional technical certifications or vocational training is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Technician or similar role, with a focus on repairing and maintaining machines and equipment.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in welding techniques and practices.
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient mechanical skills and the ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Additional certifications or training in specific equipment or machinery repairs.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and practices related to machine maintenance and repair.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kapar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
