Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement and determine the required materials for production while also involve in production planning to ensure the demand can be fulfilled.
  • Responsible to prepare the schedule and oversee the supply and delivery of materials and coordinate with other departments such as purchasing to ensure that materials are available when needed.
  • Ensure that the right materials are available for production in a timely manner, manage inventory levels, monitor usage rates, and work closely with purchasing to maintain correct stock cover and inventory.
  • Responsible to track production volume, monitor customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.
  • Responsible to prepare and analyse the stock cover report.
  • Communicate with production planner/ demand planner on issues related to material that might impact the production planning and escalate to Supply Chain Manager whenever needed.

Requirement & Qualification:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or any field of study
  • Minimum 2 years working experiences in production /material planning.
  • Must be computer literate and well versed in Excel.
  • SAP knowledge is additional advantages.

Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
