  • Shift: 8am to 5pm or 1pm to 10pm (5 working days)

Teleperformance in Malaysia is a multilingual hub that supports services in more than 20 languages and dialects in Asia.

Teleperformance Malaysia has seen rapid growth since its establishment in 2017 with 4 sites in Penang and Kuala Lumpur with more than 3,400 full-time employees today.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and report game's malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Gather gamer's feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support and adhere to company policies and performance indicators

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both English, and Mandarin (reading, writing and speaking)
  • Experience in telephone customer service / call center environment (preferred)
  • Player and support oriented attitude, with a knack for helping others (preferred)
  • Team player with strong problem solving and conflict management skills;
  • Good reasoning and analytical skills;
  • Friendly proactive attitude and great communicator in challenging situations;

Salary:
RM2, RM3,300.00 per month
