Responsible for generating and processing invoices for the goods or services provided by the company to customers or clients. Ensure all relevant details are accurate, such as item descriptions, quantities, prices, taxes, and payment terms.

  • Responsible for maintaining organized records of invoices issued and payments received.
  • Address customer inquiries related to invoices, payments, or billing discrepancies. Provide solutions and handle any adjustments when necessary.
  • Assist the sales team by providing administrative support, such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and managing salesrelated documents.
  • Process and coordinate customer orders and ensure that orders are accurately entered into the system and communicated to the appropriate departments for fulfilment.
  • As a point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and providing them with updates on their orders or deliveries.
  • Coordinate with inventory or warehouse teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
  • Liaise and work closely with finance, sales, customer support, and other teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to Work as part of a team and take Initiative Independent of Direct Supervision.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Able to Multi Task, Prioritize and Manage Time Effectively.
  • Patience and Attentiveness, Able to Resolve Conflict, Positive Attitude, Attention to Detail, Good Problem-Solving Skill and Ability to Work Under Pressure.
  • Ability to handle and manage stress, deadlines, and unexpected challenges in the workplace
