Job scope:

  • Assisting manager to manage all the premise repair work and coordination
  • Monitor the office material invetory usage
  • Assisting in monitoring company vehicle license, insurance and road tax renewal
  • Handling builiding and premises landscaping and cleanliness
  • Assisting in repair and monitoring of warehouse and premises assets
  • Manage attendance devise and keys allocations
  • Assisting manager in all company events and annual program.
  • Helping in filing company documents
  • Assisting in any adhoc matters

Salary:
RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
