Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes in the Malaysian frozen food industry.
  • Analyze data from various sources to provide insights into market dynamics, customer behavior, and potential growth opportunities for My Frozen Food.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry standards, and technological advancements that may impact the frozen food market.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate market insights into actionable strategies for product development, marketing, and sales.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of My Frozen Food products in the market, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry experts, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in market research, preferably within the food industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent qualification.
  • Indepth knowledge of the Malaysian frozen food market.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey insights and recommendations effectively.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and market research methodologies.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
